We were asked by the SU to help them communicate their needs to the University through designing a scheme that reorganised and extended their facilities. This project gained overwhelming support from the students and was supported by the Vice Chancellor. It is due to be complete late 2010.

As part of a larger masterplan for Abergavenny that included a food store, underground car park, public space, shops and affordable housing, the library provided a focal point for this important town centre development. Stubbs Rich were appointed following their success in an invited design competition.

This new office provides a major step forward for Flourish Homes. In environmental terms, it goes beyond current practice, dramatically reducing energy demands. The new building also allows the organization to fulfil its aim of being open and efficient.

Phase 1 accommodates the Institute for Advanced Technology and the Centre for Innovation and Enterprise. They will form the hub of an interdisciplinary centre of scientific and technological excellence, harnessing the creativity of the University’s academics.

The University of Bath has clear objectives for the future expansion of its infrastructure and student base. This project was commissioned to meet the University’s growing demand for high quality teaching and research accommodation on the Campus.

Complete internal refurbishment of the top floor of a tower block, and other areas of the building such as procedure rooms and offices - with each area operating normally as work progressed. Stubbs Rich also redesigned and refurbished over 2,000sqm of laboratory suites bringing them up to ACDP Level 2.

A successful competitive bid by Stubbs Rich won us the contract to fit out this prestigious conference facility on the fifth floor of Canary Wharf for the European Medical Evaluation Agency, a body which deals with development processes and quality control of medicines.

The Revenue were looking for an auditorium to be fitted into an existing building near Cardiff, which at one time housed over four thousand staff. This would be a space which could act as a major training and conference facility, and where keynote presentations could be given.

The building provides a multi-purpose sports hall accommodating space for badminton, netball, basketball, five-a-side football, hockey, volleyball, indoor cricket, trampolining, gymnastics, aerobics and dance, and a fully equipped gym, café and nursery.
