Grainger were keen to understand the possibilities for this two hectare mixed use site close to Temple Meads station and the Feeder canal. At the time, maximum value could be achieved through residential development, while the whole area, Feeder Town as it was dubbed, was to become mixed use.

Stubbs Rich were appointed to prepare a masterplan development strategy for the University of Bristol’s School of Veterinary Science. The 3 hectare rural site is located at Langford, 20 miles from the Bristol Clifton precinct.

The proposed Sports Hub brings together high quality facilities for numerous sports and for the use by participants at all levels. The facilities will be available to educational establishments; offer regional representation of various National Governing Bodies; and accommodate everyone up to and including elite level.

As part of a larger masterplan for Abergavenny that included a food store, underground car park, public space, shops and affordable housing, the library provided a focal point for this important town centre development. Stubbs Rich were appointed following their success in an invited design competition.

Callaghan Square, a major new public and business area in Cardiff. Near to the city’s revitalized centre and the railway station, it was a key development which would also provide a visual ‘missing link’ between these areas and Cardiff Bay.
