We were asked by the SU to help them communicate their needs to the University through designing a scheme that reorganised and extended their facilities. This project gained overwhelming support from the students and was supported by the Vice Chancellor. It is due to be complete late 2010.

Phase 1 accommodates the Institute for Advanced Technology and the Centre for Innovation and Enterprise. They will form the hub of an interdisciplinary centre of scientific and technological excellence, harnessing the creativity of the University’s academics.

Complete internal refurbishment of the top floor of a tower block, and other areas of the building such as procedure rooms and offices - with each area operating normally as work progressed. Stubbs Rich also redesigned and refurbished over 2,000sqm of laboratory suites bringing them up to ACDP Level 2.

Stubbs Rich were appointed to prepare a masterplan development strategy for the University of Bristol’s School of Veterinary Science. The 3 hectare rural site is located at Langford, 20 miles from the Bristol Clifton precinct.
