Stubbs Rich are developing the first phase which includes the construction of the Hub, a three storey building providing approximately 3000sqm of space, incorporating the Sixth Form, Learning Resource Centre, Art Department and a 160 seat lecture theatre.

A two storey extension to the historic lower school building located in the Tyndalls Park Conservation area. The contemporary design, using glass, aluminium and timber cladding, enables the original building to be used more efficiently.
