Stubbs Rich designed a concept for the Morgan Motor Company’s new factory and visitor centre in Malvern, Worcestershire. The project sees Morgan moving from their current site, to a dramatic new location on Blackmoor Park at the foot of the Malvern Hills

The warehouse, which weighed in at 61,000m², housed five 350m long bays and was divided into three zones, each separated by fire-walls running the length of the building. Adding to our achievement in cutting the construction time to a record 32 weeks.

Stubbs Rich were appointed to design the fit-out for Carbon Colour, a design and reprographics company, at their new premises within the Central Milton Park development.

This was a tired industrial building from the 1970s. We saved the floor and the frame and replaced the envelope; this made sense in terms of economy, speed and responsible use of resources. The building can be used for laboratories.
